The Adachi Museum of Art (located in Yasugi, Shimane Prefecture) is renowned for its outstanding collection of some 2,000 Nihonga (Japanese-style paintings), ceramics, and other items as well as its expansive 165,000-meter garden. This exhibition presents modern Nihonga by artists such as Takeuchi Seiho, Uemura Shoen, and Kawabata Ryushi, and calligraphy and ceramics by Kitaoji Rosanjin.
