20 minutes on foot from JR Asahikawa Station.

At the number 14 bus stop on block Road 1 on the north side of Asahikawa Station, take the 3, 23, 24, 33, or 35 bus from Ichijo-Hatchome. The nearest bus stop is Yojo-Yonchome(3, 33, 35), 5 minutes on foot. "Hachijo-Nishi-Itchome" ( 23, 24) is 3 minutes on foot.
You can also use the bus via "Tokiwa Koen-Mae." 7 minutes on foot from the bus stop.

Tokiwa Park parking is free available from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
