The Tomoda collection is comprised of modern and contemporary fine prints by artists including Chagall, Rouault, Matisse, that the poet and children's book author Tomoda Takio had collected. The Picasso collection at the Arai Memorial Museum in Iwanai-cho, collected by the late Arai Toshizo, is considered one of the best in Japan.
