POKÉMON × KOGEI

Playful Encounters of Pokémon and Japanese Craft

Since opening at the National Crafts Museum in Ishikawa Prefecture in March 2023, this exhibition has attracted enormous interest as it has traveled to venues across Japan.
Now, it's here in Hokkaido! Twenty artists, ranging from a Living National Treasure to youngsters, take on the theme of Pokémon.
The results of this creative challenge are sure to astonish. Discover thebeauty and technique revealed in these remarkable works.
